Registering for the LifeSteps PHA is easy. But here are some tips to get you started...

If you completed a LifeSteps PHA before April 1, 2008 or if this is your first time completing a LifeSteps PHA, you will need to register.

To begin:

  1. Click on the PHA button on LifeSteps Online (www.LifeSteps4Trane.com)
  2. A login screen will appear. Click the “Register Now” button to access the Registration page.
  3. Complete the fields on the Registration page and click the "Register Account" button when you are finished.

    Please note that the following fields are required:

    • First name
    • Last name
    • Gender
    • Date of Birth
    • Your Zip Code

    Important: The information in these 5 bullets must match "exactly" as they appear on your paycheck

    For example, if your paycheck shows you as “Robert Smith,” you will not be allowed to register under a nickname, such as "Bob Smith."

    • User Name and Password

    You will use these to login to the PHA once registration is complete.

    • Two Security Questions

    You can make up any question and answer - these questions will be presented to you in the event you forget your password. By answering your question correctly, you'll be allowed to reset your password.

  4. The PHA Welcome page will display.

    Congratulations! You will then have successfully logged into the PHA.
