Personal scorecard eligibility

Beginning July 12, 2005, the personal scorecard is available to U.S. salaried and non-union hourly employees who are enrolled in the American Standard health plans.

We will also offer a personal scorecard to hourly unionized employees in Trenton in August 2005, and will introduce the scorecard as part of collective bargaining during contract renewals for our other U.S. facilities going forward.

For 2007, employees of the Trane Commercial distribution sales offices and spouses of all eligible employees who elect American Standard health care coverage may have access to the scorecard.
