New Personal Health Assessment Site Debuts

Effective April 1, 2008, Health Dialog, the company that administers some of the company's LifeSteps programs, such as health coaching and personal scorecard, will take over the LifeSteps personal health assessment (PHA) site. The new PHA will have some new bells and whistles to help you manage your health better.

Check out the New Features

In addition to being faster to complete, features for the new PHA include:

  • Video and audio clips to guide you through the assessment; and
  • A new tool to help you set your top three goals and develop an action plan.

These new features can help to reinforce your goals and help you earn discounts on your personal scorecard.

The new site will no longer be located within the Dialog Center and you will be required to complete a separate registration process.
