Earn More Scorecard Points: Join Smoking Quitline for Free

From now until Dec. 31, 2008, U.S. employees can join the American Cancer Society (ACS) Quitline at no cost. The usual $100 counseling fee is being waived to encourage greater participation in time for the 2009 personal scorecard. For this limited time, the program is absolutely free!

New Personal Health Assessment Site Debuts

If you haven't completed a personal health assessment in a while, now is the time to consider it. Health Dialog, the same company that administers LifeSteps programs, such as health coaching and personal scorecard, has recently launched a PHA with some new bells and whistles to help you manage your health better.

Check out the New Features

In addition to being faster to complete, features for the new PHA include:

Video and audio clips to guide you through the assessment; and
A new tool to help you set your top three goals and develop an action plan.

These new features can help to reinforce your goals and help you earn discounts on your personal scorecard.

Effective July 31, 2008, the PHA may again be accessed directly through the Dialog Center. Use your current Dialog Center password to log in, just as you would to take the LifeSteps personal scorecard. You will no longer be required to complete additional steps to access the PHA.
